Oh my God! So there's a reason why you can drink the northwest wind and have sour teeth!

Soreness and pain in the teeth indicate a problem in the mouth ......

Teeth are sore and soft, and when biting hard objects, rinsing with cold water, or even when cold wind blows into the mouth, teeth can clearly feel painful and weak...

Do you still think sore teeth is not a disease?

When there is soreness and weakness in your teeth, it most likely means that you have the following problems:

1. Tooth acid caused by dental caries
If you usually have soreness and tenderness in your teeth when brushing, drinking hot water, drinking cold drinks or eating, then you probably have tooth decay.

2. Dentin sensitivity

If the enamel on the outside of the teeth is eroded and damaged by the acidic environment of the mouth, then the dentin is easily exposed, and if it is stimulated by cold, heat, acid, alkali, etc., the teeth will easily experience soreness.

3. Periodontitis

Periodontitis is a chronic inflammation of the periodontal supporting tissues. When periodontitis develops to an intermediate or advanced stage, gum recession causes the root surface of the teeth to be exposed, and under the effect of hot or cold stimulation, the root surface is prone to sensitivity symptoms, making the teeth feel significantly sore and weak.

4、Cryptoclastic teeth

Occult cracks are small, non-physiological cracks on the surface of the tooth crown, which are often not easily detected in the early stages. When the crack penetrates into the dentin layer, people will feel the tooth soreness and tenderness.

5. Cuneiform defect of teeth
A wedge-shaped defect is a defect in the cervical region of the tooth. A wedge-shaped defect causes dentin to be exposed, making the tooth susceptible to external stimuli and causing tooth sensitivity symptoms such as soreness and weakness.

So, what should I do if my teeth are sore and painful? What can be done to prevent tooth soreness?

If your teeth are sore and uncomfortable, it is better to go to the hospital for a diagnostic examination and then for identification and treatment. If the soreness is caused by tooth decay, you must go to the dentist for treatment of tooth decay as soon as possible. If it is caused by periodontitis, it is better to go to the hospital for scaling.

How to prevent tooth acidity?

1. Brush your teeth and rinse your mouth every day. Brushing your teeth in the morning and evening and rinsing your mouth after meals are the most basic dental care habits, and if you can't even do that, then the problem of sore teeth may continue to affect you.

2. Adhere to the correct way of brushing. Brushing horizontally, chewing on one side, brushing too hard, brushing with cold water, etc. are all incorrect ways of brushing. When brushing, we'd better use warm water to clean every corner of the mouth once, and the Bachmann method of brushing with a balanced force can be appropriate.

3. Avoid eating hot, cold, spicy and stimulating foods. If you have sore teeth symptoms, you should stop craving, but should pay attention to control their diet, cold, sour, spicy all try to eat less.

I believe that many people have had the experience of sore and soft teeth, we should not ignore it, but should promptly find out where the problem lies, and then carry out symptomatic treatment. Of course, we also need to do a good job of prevention in our daily lives, to prevent it from happening.
